1.     No Objection Certificate(NOC) or Space Availability Certificate from the customs will be arranged at no additional fees

2.   Storage/ Warehousing will be carried out as per the Customs procedures

3.    Insurance Charges will be assessed on total value (i.e on CIF + Duty)

4.    Minimum 4 weeks of advance fees will be collected at the time of issuing N.O.C

5.    30% area will be added to actual occupied area as operational space

6.     Delivery of cargo will against full payment

7.     Extra Hazardous/ Highly inflammable cargo will not be accepted

8.    Storage charges cannot accumulate more than 2 months

9.     Warai Charges are INR 300/- per truck and INR 600/- per 20ft containers

10. Overtime charges INR 200/- per hour ( 6:00 PM  to 11:00 PM IST)

11.  Overtime charges INR 300/- per hour ( 11:00 PM  to 11:00 AM IST)

12.   Overtime charges for Sundays and other public holidays will be INR 400/- per hour

13.   Minimum chargeable space will be 10 square meter

14.  This Tariff is subject to change without any prior notifications.
